Warren County is pleased to announce the receipt of a 2014 Achievement Award from the National Association County Officials (NACo) for the “North Warren Volunteer Fire Company” project in the category of Community/Economic Development.
North Warren Volunteer Fire Company (Company 10) is one of nine companies that make up the Warren County Department of Fire and Rescue Services. It was chartered by the Warren County Board of Supervisors on August 5, 1997 to provide faster fire and rescue response times for residents and industry located in the Cedarville/Rockland area. The Company operated for years in a temporary location that provided less than ideal conditions for personnel and hampered their ability to provide efficient and reliable service.
