Public Hearings: January 11, 2017 (Planning Commission)

The Warren County Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings in accordance with Chapter 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended, in the Board Meeting Room of the Warren County Government Center on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 7:00 pm:
  • 2016-12-01 – Ronald E. King - A request for a conditional use permit for a guesthouse.  The property is located at 708 River Ridge Drive, is zoned Agricultural (A), and identified on tax map 11E, as parcel 8.
  • 2016-12-02 – Frank O’Reilly - A request for a conditional use permit for a short-term tourist rental.  The property is located at 540 Beach Drive, is zoned Agricultural (A), and identified on tax map 13Q, section 2, as parcel 4.
  • 2016-12-03 – Frank O’Reilly - A request for a conditional use permit for a short-term tourist rental.  The property is located at 170 Berbusse Lane, is zoned Agricultural (A), and identified on tax map 21F, section 1, block 1, as parcel 7.
  • 2016-12-04 – Bradley and Sonya Haynes - A request for a conditional use permit for a guesthouse.  The property is located at 481 Greatland Farm Drive, is zoned Agricultural (A), and identified on tax map 10, as parcel 8.
