Public Hearings: March 8, 2017 (Planning Commission)

The Warren County Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings in accordance with Chapter 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended, in the Board Meeting Room of the Warren County Government Center on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at 7:00 p.m.:
  • 2017-02-01 – Inmaculada Morales - A request for a conditional use permit for a short-term tourist rental.  The property is located at 396 Summit Point Drive in Point O’Woods Subdivision, is zoned Residential One (R-1), and identified on tax map 39B, section 2, as parcel 7.
  • 2017-02-02 – Laura Gomez - A request for a conditional use permit for a kayaking/boating/fishing equipment rental business.  The property is located at 62 Cedar Mountain Lane, is zoned Agricultural (A), and identified on tax map 19J, section 1, as parcel 1.
  • 2017-02-03 – Shan and Brian Duckworth - A request for a conditional use permit for private use camping.  The property is located on Benny’s Beach Road, is zoned Residential One (R-1), and identified on tax map 13A, section 2, block 2, as lots N & M.
