The Warren County Juvenile and Domestic Relations department provides judical services to citizens of Warren County. A juvenile is any person under the age of 18 years. The Juvenile and Domestic Court hears all matters involving juveniles such as criminal, traffic, status offenses, custody, visitation, paternity issues, child abuse cases, and foster care cases. The Court handles matters involving the family such as child support, family abuse, and criminal cases where the defendant and alleged victim are family or household members.
