 YOGA Classes

The emphasis of the class will be to provide the therapeutic benefits of Yoga for the body.  The method of Yoga practiced is, Hatha Yoga, utilizing physical poses to create strength and flexibility in the body, while focusing on the breath to quiet the mind. Benefits of Yoga include stress reduction, loss of pain, increased concentration, improved sleep and weight loss. 

Classes will be held at the RES Youth Center(Warren County Parks and Recreation building). 

Gentle Yoga                                 Tuesday, 7:00 PM
Traditional Yoga                       Thursdays, 7:00 PM
Yoga for Core Strength           Saturdays, 10:30 AM
 
$35.00/monthly/per class.

Jazzercise Class
Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. Choreographed to today's hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Start dancing yourself fit and change the shape of your body today! 

 Classes are held at the Warren County Parks and Recreation Building on Commerce on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 p.m.

Parks and Recreation Summer Care Program Information
