Letter from the County Administrator - March 12, 2012
Since assuming operational control of the Shenandoah Farms Sanitary District on July 1, 2010 from the Property Owners of Shenandoah Farms (POSF), Warren County has been actively working to reduce the cost of maintenance and establish a framework to improve the infrastructure of the community.
One of the most significant steps that the County undertook was the hiring of a professional Manager under the direct supervision of the County Administrator’s Office to oversee the maintenance and operations of the Sanitary District previously performed by POSF. Mr. Chris Fisher joined Warren County from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), where he had been employed for 10 ½ years. Mr. Fisher recently left his position as Sanitary District Manager to pursue a private sector position in the transportation industry. |
