Board of Zoning Appeals

When applying for a Variance to the Warren County Zoning Ordinance, the process is to submit a completed application by the next filing deadline.  Applications are due by 12:00 Noon on the filing date.  The meetings are held at 7:30pm on the first Wednesday of each month in the Warren County Government Center. Applicants must be present to represent their request on the night of the meeting.  If you are not present to represent your request, your item may be denied or tabled until the next scheduled meeting.  If you have any questions, please contact the Warren County Planning and Zoning Department at (540) 636-3354 or by email at  planning@warrencountyva.net.
