Summary: One (1) 2D 331-72 Kubota Zero-Turn Mower or equivalent with following specifications:  (i) 72” cut; (ii) 31 HP; (iii) diesel powered shaft driven mower; and (iv) hydraulic lift for mower deck.  Unit shall have a manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of one year, all parts and labor included.  Parts and service shall be available locally, and a complete parts lists, required maintenance, and operating instructions shall be provided by the vendor.  Price includes freight, setup and shipment of such equipment to Bing Crosby Stadium located at 50 Stadium Drive, Front Royal, Virginia.

Pre-Bid Meeting: No pre-bid conference will be held for this procurement.

Addenda Issued: No addenda have been issued at this time.  Any changes to the requirements of the bid documents shall be made by written addendum only, issued by the Warren County Parks and Recreation Department.  Each bidder shall ascertain prior to submitting his bid that he has received all Addenda issued, and shall acknowledge receipt and inclusion of all Addenda in his bid.
