Summary: Sealed bids marked “Upgrades to the Warren County Courthouse Courtroom ‘A’ Lighting” will be received in the Warren County Administration Office, 220 N. Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Front Royal, Virginia 22630, through 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012, when they will be publicly opened and read for the services as described below:

Upgrade current inadequate lighting in historic courtroom ‘A’ with new LED system to include fixtures, lamps, wiring, switches, and all ancillary work necessary to accomplish the project.

Notes: Specifications and plans for the project may be obtained at the County Administrator’s Office, 220 N. Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Front Royal, Virginia 22630, during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).  Bidders must submit their bid on the County’s BID FORM attached to the specifications.  Failure to comply with these requirements shall be cause for rejection of bid.  Any bid received after the announced time and date of opening, whether by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned, unopened.  The County reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all bids.
