• Foundation Footings:  Inspection required after all trench, pier or other type of foundation footing forms are dug and or constructed but prior to placement of concrete.
• Concrete Formwork:  Inspection required for all vertical and horizontal formwork before placement of concrete.
• Foundation:  Inspection required of all foundations below grade prior to back filling.  All foundation drains, gravel cover, filter cloth and foundation coating and parging shall be completed.
• Chimney/Fireplaces/Hearth:  Call for throat and/or thimble inspection before proceeding with chimney and before pouring hearth.
• Framing:  After all framing, fire stopping and bracing is complete and prior to insulating.
• Plumbing:  After all "rough-in" plumbing has been installed and prior to any concealment by insulation, wall coverings, concrete or other concealing material.
• Mechanical:  After ductwork is installed and prior to insulation.
• Insulation:  After insulation and energy seals have been installed and before wall covering is installed.
• Final Inspection:  All work has been completed and the building or structure is ready for use and/or occupancy.  Final approval can not be issued until compliance with all other applicable state and county codes have been verified.
