The office of the Commissioner of the Revenue will complete your Virginia state income tax return at no charge.  You must bring a completed copy of your federal return in order for the state return to be completed properly.

The office also audits all returns that come through the office to be forwarded to the Department of Taxation.  This expedites the refund process as we also data entry the information directly into the computer system of the Department of Taxation

The Commissioner of the Revenue’s office also has a complete selection yearly of State Income Tax Forms as well as Federal Income Tax Forms in the Government Center.
